St. John the Wonderworker Serbian Orthodox Church in Eugene, Oregon, is a parish of the Serbian Orthodox
Diocese of Western America.

The diocese of Western America is under
the jurisdiction of His Grace Bishop Maxim in Los Angeles, California.
We welcome all to Orthodox Christianity: ethnic Orthodox of any background, converts, or guests.

Our main focus in parish life is building a Christian community of co-strugglers and co-laborers in Christ.
Emphasis is on such traditional Christian endeavors as unseen warfare against passions,
worship in spirit and in truth, fasting, prayer, and almsgiving.

Our missionary bookstore and church are located in downtown Eugene, Oregon.

Our THEOPHANY service was on foggy Saturday morning, January 19^th, at 7:30 am
After Matins and Liturgy, we had a blessed and hearty group go down to the edge of
the Willamette River and Father Daniel Mackay blessed the water.
Parishoners Tim Hershiser and Sasha Kleschev dove in after the cross in the blessed and frigid river!
